My name is Katherine Rupeyko,
I'm a graphic designer & illustrator
based in Moscow.
In summer 2006 my studies in Design at Moscow State University of Design and Technology (Moscow, Russia) was finished. After graduating I worked over 10 years as a graphic designer for a lot of projects. Work experience include working at Private limited company (LLC) Academia-Media (2015-2018), at Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) "Moscow Dojo Japan Center" (2014-2015), at Private limited company (LLC) "School Collectors and Experts" (2011-2014), at Moscow State Gallery "Belyaevo" (2008-2011) & at Moscow State University of Design and Technology (as a Professor's Assistant). And now I'm working as an independent graphic and web designer, animator, illustrator and lecturer (a historian of art and design) for different cultural (non-profit) & commercial projects.
In my work I often use traditional material with digital techniques, because the great influence on my creative method has the classical art of the Far East. I'm trying constantly to continue scientific research in this area.
